One way to sell for every office on campus.
Tickets, registrations, fees, merchandise and gifts for every office, on pages in your college’s brand. Every payment lands in your college’s own bank account, traced to its office, GL code and fund, and TicketTuck never adds a ticket fee.
Department is for one office: $240 a month or $2,400 a year, and you sign up with your college email. Bringing the whole campus? Talk to sales

What every office gets.
Pages in your college’s brand
Your crest, colors and type, at your own address like tickets.yourcollege.edu, with a directory of every office’s events.
Every dollar traces to its office
Card payments land in your college’s own bank account, never with TicketTuck. Every payment, refund and chargeback carries its office, GL code and fund.
A door app on any phone
Gatehouse runs in a phone’s browser over cellular data, so nothing joins your campus network, and scanning keeps working if the signal drops.
Questions colleges ask
How can a college sell event tickets without ticket fees?
Your college pays for its plan, and buyers pay exactly the price you set: TicketTuck never adds a ticket fee. Card processing is paid from each sale: on Campus and System at a rate set by your volume, and on Department at Stripe’s standard rate, plus 0.6% to TicketTuck. You can recover it in your ticket prices.
How do universities take event registrations and payments in one place?
Each office builds registration pages in your college’s brand: passes with their own limits, a workshop each guest picks, questions for each guest, and payment by card, invoice or purchase order. Payments land in your college’s own bank account, and staff check people in with Gatehouse on any phone.
How do we reconcile event revenue to GL codes?
Every page that takes money carries its office’s GL code and fund, and so does every payment, refund and chargeback. The finance export breaks revenue out by department, GL code and fund, net of refunds, and the Deposits file splits each bank deposit the same way, so it matches the bank.
Can each campus office have its own payment page?
Yes. Each office builds its own pages for events, registrations, fees and gifts at your college’s web address, under its own GL code and fund, and a directory lists every office’s events. Staff can be limited to their own offices, and a quick payment link takes a single amount someone owes.
Do we need a separate system for commencement tickets?
No. Commencement guest tickets run on the same pages and door app as every other event: a limit per graduate, checked against the student ID, accessible seating requests, and scanning at every entrance on any phone.
Can one office start before the whole campus?
Yes. Department is for one office, at $240 a month or $2,400 a year, and you sign up with your college email. When more offices join, Campus covers every office on campus.
