Continuing education and CE certificates.
Register people for courses and workshops with seats on each date, check them in at the door, and send every attendee their certificate afterwards. The CE report for your records comes from the same check-ins, with each person’s license number.

Courses with seats on each date
A workshop that runs through the year can be one page, with a choice for each date. Each date keeps its own seat count, and every seat carries the name of the person who will sit in it, so an employer can register three staff in one order.
Set a lower price for your own alumni, preceptors or partners, and ask the questions your board needs, like a license number and the state that issued it. Employers can pay by invoice or purchase order, with their seats held until it’s paid, and when a date fills up, the page can take waitlist sign-ups.
Can’t make it? Your staff can move someone to another date that still has seats. Their QR code stays the same, and they’re emailed what changed.
Certificates for everyone checked in
Attendees check in at the door with the QR code from their confirmation, scanned by your staff with Gatehouse on any phone, or by name from the guest list. Check-in is what earns the certificate.
After the session, send certificates from the page’s orders. Everyone checked in with a name on their ticket gets one, and each buyer gets one email with a link for each person they registered.
What it says
Your title, the program and the day attended, the credit hours and what they’re called (contact hours, CE credits or CLE credits), your provider statement, and who signs it.
Its own number
Each certificate has its own number for anyone checking it, and prints on one landscape page. It never shows an email address or order details.
Fixed once issued
What a certificate says is set when it’s issued, so editing the page later never rewrites one already given.
By hand
Issue one to someone who attended but wasn’t scanned, revoke one given in error, or print one for a person with no email.
The CE report for your records
Download the CE report for any page: every checked-in attendee, the day they attended, the hours earned, the answer you choose (like their license number), and their certificate’s status and number. It’s for your editors and admins, and every download is logged.
The guest list download has every attendee’s name, ticket and answers, for sign-in sheets and name tents.
Built for an office that runs on its own
Department is made for one office, like continuing education, and you start it yourself: $240 a month or $2,400 a year, with card payments through your college’s Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rate plus 0.6% to TicketTuck. It covers up to $50,000 a year in sales.
Every payment carries your office’s GL code and fund, so the business office sees continuing education’s money on its own, and your college’s other offices can join later. Running a conference too?
Questions
Who gets a certificate?
Everyone checked in at the session with a name on their ticket. Staff can also issue one by hand to someone who attended but wasn’t scanned, and revoke one given in error.
Can certificates show contact hours or CE credits?
Yes. You set the credit hours and what they’re called, such as contact hours, CE credits or CLE credits, along with your provider statement and the person who signs.
Can we report license numbers to a board?
Yes. Ask for a license number at registration, and the CE report lists it beside each checked-in attendee, with the day, the hours and their certificate number.
Can an employer register and pay for several staff?
Yes. One order can hold several seats, each with its attendee’s name, and the employer can pay by card or by invoice or purchase order.
Can one office start on its own?
Yes. Department is for one office, at $240 a month or $2,400 a year. Sign up with your college email, connect your college’s Stripe account, and build your first page from a template.
