Your events.Your brand.Your money.
TicketTuck is event ticketing, registration and payment software for colleges and universities: tickets, registrations, fees, merchandise and gifts, on pages in your college’s brand. Every payment lands in your college’s own bank account, traced to its office, GL code and fund, and TicketTuck never adds a ticket fee.
Department is for one office: $240 a month or $2,400 a year, and you sign up with your college email. Bringing the whole campus? Talk to sales

What ticket fees cost you today.
Put in a year of paid tickets and see what they cost you today, next to TicketTuck. Based on the Campus plan. An illustration from published rates, not a quote.
What you pay today · a typical ticketing site and the campus box office
$41,300
TicketTuck · Campus plan, step 2, paid by your college
$9,600
About $31,700 a year less than today.
Card processing isn’t in either bar. TicketTuck’s bar is the plan price alone: your college’s own card processing is paid from each sale, at a rate set by your volume, rather than added to your buyers’ fees. You can recover it by building it into your ticket prices.
Illustrative figures. What you pay today: half your tickets on a typical ticketing site and half through a campus box office. The ticketing site’s fees are a widely used self-service ticketing platform’s published organizer fees of 3.7% + $1.79 per paid ticket, which buyers pay on top of the ticket price, before card processing, checked October 2026. The box office keeps a commission of 8% of sales, which the office pays from its sales: one public university box office’s published rate for its own departments, checked October 2026 (another publishes 12%). TicketTuck: the Campus plan’s yearly price at the step these sales land in, which the college pays; enrollment can only lower it. Your written quote lists every cost.

What’s in the video
- “Your events. Your brand. Your money.” over a ticket for a spring gala.
- A page that looks like you: an event page for a homecoming game changes to each brand color as it’s picked.
- Checkout in seconds: on a phone, a buyer chooses a $12 general admission ticket, pays, and sees “You’re in.” as the ticket arrives.
- Your money, in your account: paid orders from three events add up to the week’s sales, paid into the organization’s own account.
- Event day, handled: a phone at the gate scans tickets and shows “Welcome in” with each guest’s name.
- Photos of more kinds of events, then the TicketTuck logo. The soundtrack is music and sound effects, with no narration.
Everything an event needs, from the first page to the front door.
Pages in your college’s brand
Your crest, colors and type, at your own address like tickets.yourcollege.edu, with a directory of every office’s events.
Every dollar traces to its office
Card payments land in your college’s own bank account, never with TicketTuck. Every payment, refund and chargeback carries its office, GL code and fund, and the finance export is ready for your business office.
A door app on any phone
Gatehouse runs in a phone’s browser over cellular data, so nothing joins your campus network. Scanning keeps working if the signal drops, and volunteers scan with a link. Sell at the door for cash, or by typing in a card once we turn card sales on for your college. Card readers and tap to pay aren’t available yet.
Registrations with workshops
Conferences where each guest picks their own sessions, and courses with seats on each date. Send continuing-education certificates to everyone checked in, with a CE report for your records.
Merchandise with names and sizes
Shirts in sizes and colors with stock for each, and a name to print. Caps and gowns and yearbooks too, picked up or shipped for a flat fee, with sales tax at the rate you set.
Phone orders and purchase orders
Take a caller’s payment through the page’s own checkout. Let schools and offices pay by invoice or purchase order: their places are held until it’s paid.
Refunds and changes
Refund a ticket or a whole order, or change a guest’s name, date, workshop or shirt size after purchase. Ticket codes stay the same, and the buyer is emailed what changed.
Reminders and waitlists
Guests get a reminder the day before, and you can email everyone coming when plans change. When every ticket is gone, a page can take waitlist sign-ups instead.
Campus sign-in and security
Staff sign in with their campus account or a passkey, with two-step sign-in your college can require. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Up and running in three steps.
1
Build your page
Start from a template: a gala, a game, a camp, a fee. Add your tickets, prices and questions.
2
Share the link
Put it in an email, on social or on your website. Buyers pay by card in under a minute.
3
Scan at the door
Open the door app on any phone, over cellular data. Green means come in, and scanning keeps going if the signal drops. A printed “Skip the line” sign lets walk-ups buy on their own phones.

For treasury
Every payment, refund and chargeback traces to its office, GL code and fund, and lands in your college’s own bank account.
For IT and procurement
Nothing joins your network: Gatehouse, the door app, runs on phones over cellular data. HECVAT answers, an accessibility report and a PCI responsibility summary for your treasury office are available on request, and Campus and System are paid a year at a time, by invoice or purchase order.

Every department’s money, traced from the sale to the bank deposit. How it works for your business office
Many departments, one card account
Departments can share one card processing account. Every sale, refund and chargeback carries its department, GL code and fund, so nobody splits a deposit by hand.
Your department list
Keep your offices and departments with each one’s usual GL code and fund. Pages pick from the list, and a page that takes money can’t go live without a GL code and fund.
Office-only access
Limit a staff member to their own offices. They see and edit only those offices’ pages and orders, and their finance export covers only that money. A reconciler can get the finance files without seeing buyers’ contact details.
A Deposits file that matches the bank
Card payments reach your bank in settlement batches, not by sale day. The Deposits file lists each batch as it was deposited, split by department, GL code and fund, with payments still settling shown as pending.
Controls for paid pages
You can require every paid page to use its department’s GL code and fund from your list, and to wait for an admin’s approval before it goes live. Only admins change a live page’s codes, and every change is logged.
Gifts under their own codes
A gift to a named fund, or one added to a ticket order, can post under its own GL code and fund, apart from the sale, and so do its refunds. Receipts can state the tax-deductible part of a gala ticket.
From the finance journal
A made-up day: each line carries its department, GL code and fund, and the money a chargeback holds posts against the department that made the sale.
| Date | Line | Department | GL code | Fund | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oct 14 | Sales | Athletics | 4410-ATH | 10-OPER | $3,240.00 |
| Oct 14 | Sales | Alumni Relations | 4620-ALUM | 20-AUX | $1,875.00 |

| Oct 14 | Chargeback held | Continuing Education | 4730-CE | 10-OPER | −$225.00 |
From the Deposits file
The same day’s card payments as they reached the bank: the batch total matches the deposit, split by department.

Questions colleges ask
What is TicketTuck?
Event ticketing, registration and payment software built for colleges and universities. Offices sell tickets, registrations, fees, merchandise and gifts on pages in your college’s brand, door staff scan tickets on any phone, and every payment lands in your college’s own bank account, traced to its office, GL code and fund.
Do students and families pay a ticket fee?
No. TicketTuck never adds a ticket fee on any plan, so buyers pay the price your college sets.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your college’s own accounts. TicketTuck never holds your money.
How does TicketTuck make money?
From your plan. On Campus and System, card processing is arranged through our affiliated payments company, which earns a share of it; on Department, your office uses your college’s own Stripe account, and TicketTuck takes 0.6% of each card payment on top of Stripe’s own fee. Never from ticket fees on your buyers, ads on your pages or selling anyone’s data. That’s why students, families and alumni pay exactly your price.
Which plan fits us?
It depends on how much of campus you bring. Department is for one office, like continuing education or the arts, at $240 a month or $2,400 a year, and you can start it yourself today. Campus is for every office in one place, from $4,800 a year: enter your enrollment under Pricing to see yours. System is for campuses under one governing board: we price it with you, as one agreement for the whole system or campus by campus.
How do we reconcile each office’s event revenue to GL codes?
Offices can share one card processing account. Every order carries its office, GL code and fund, and so does every refund and chargeback against it. Payments land in your college’s own bank account; the finance export breaks them out by office, GL code and fund, net of refunds, and the Deposits file splits each bank deposit the same way. Nobody splits a deposit by hand.
What happens with a chargeback?
It’s recorded against its order, so against the office that made the sale. The card processor holds the disputed amount while it’s open, so the finance export posts it as held under the sale’s office, GL code and fund, and posts it back if you win. Only a lost one comes off that office’s sales totals. Every dispute is listed in the Studio with its office and codes, ready to download.
Can schools or offices pay by purchase order?
Yes. Turn on paying by invoice or purchase order for a page, and your staff can also send an invoice when they take an order. Places are held until it’s paid, and it isn’t counted as a sale until then. The buyer gets an invoice email with a link to pay by card, and a reminder before it’s due. When a check or transfer arrives, your admins record it, and it posts to the finance export on the day it was paid.
Can staff take an order over the phone?
Yes. “Take a payment” opens the page’s own checkout for the caller, and the card goes into the payment gateway’s secure fields, as it does online. The order records who took it, and staff can mark it tax-exempt with a reason. For a single amount someone owes, make a quick payment link under an office’s GL code and fund.
Can we change an order after it’s paid?
Yes. Staff can change a guest’s name, move a ticket to another date or workshop that’s still on sale, or swap a merchandise size. Ticket codes stay the same, a cheaper choice refunds the difference, and the buyer is emailed what changed. A dearer choice is a new order.
Does the door app need Wi-Fi?
No. Gatehouse runs in any phone’s web browser over cellular data, so nothing joins your campus network and there’s no device to buy. Scanning keeps working if the signal drops and catches up when it returns. Staff can sell at the door for cash, or by typing in a card once we turn card sales on for your college. Card readers and tap to pay aren’t available yet.
Can we take payments in person?
Yes, at your events, with Gatehouse on any phone: cash, complimentary tickets, and cards typed in by your staff once we turn card sales at the door on for your college. Each door sale is traced to its event’s office, GL code and fund like an online one. There are no card readers or tap to pay yet, so if a table needs them today, keep the terminal you have for now.
Can one office start on its own?
Yes. Department is for one office, and you start it yourself: sign up with your college email, pay for Department month to month or yearly, by card or bank, and connect your college’s Stripe account for card payments. When more offices join, talk to us: add each one for $1,200 a year under an order form, or move to Campus.
What does launch include?
On Campus and System: your branding, web address, campus sign-in and GL codes set up, your card payments application prepared with you (the card processor approves or declines it), training for your staff, and your year of events drafted, 30 to 180 pages by step. Your written quote lists every cost before you sign. Department sets itself up with templates and step-by-step guides.
How is the Campus price set?
Your enrollment sets the most you’ll pay, and your sales can bring it down: you pay the lower of two steps. Your enrollment step comes from the fall enrollment your college reports to the U.S. Department of Education, less students who study only online. Your sales step comes from your last 12 months of card sales through TicketTuck; in your first year, from your estimate. Your step moves at most one step a year, never past your enrollment step, and we send next year’s price 120 days before your fiscal year starts.
What counts as one campus?
Each institution with its own federal ID, the one it reports enrollment under each fall. Branch sites under that ID are part of your campus; campuses with their own IDs are priced as a System.
Can we try it first?
There’s no free plan or trial. Watch the film to see how it works. Department is month to month, so you can start for $240 and cancel anytime. Bringing the whole campus? Talk to sales and we’ll show you around.
Why are Campus and System billed yearly?
Colleges budget by fiscal year, and like other software, Campus and System are paid for in advance. We send each year’s invoice 30 days before the year starts (60 if you need a purchase order), and it’s due by the year’s first day, by ACH or check, so it’s paid before your year of service starts. Card processing works the other way: it’s paid after the fact, usually at the end of each month for that month’s sales.
How do Campus and System orders work?
Orders run one or three years from the first day of your fiscal year, and each year is paid in advance. Purchase orders are welcome. Each step’s price is locked for three years and after that rises by no more than 3% a year. After its first term, an order renews a year at a time unless either side gives notice. Your written quote sets out the terms.
Who pays card processing?
The college does, from each sale: on Campus and System at a rate set by your volume, and on Department at Stripe’s standard rate, plus 0.6% to TicketTuck. Your buyers never pay a TicketTuck ticket fee. You can recover processing by building it into your ticket prices.
How are card rates set?
On Campus and System, by your volume, in one written quote with your plan that lists every fee, so your treasury office can compare it with what you pay today. On Department, it’s Stripe’s standard rate, plus 0.6% to TicketTuck.
Are student organizations included?
Yes, on Campus and System: registered student organizations can run their events under the college’s plan.
Can we use our own web address?
Yes. Pages can live on a TicketTuck web address or on your own, like tickets.yourcollege.edu.
Are the pages accessible?
Our target is WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard colleges and public agencies ask for. Automated accessibility checks run on every release, testing by hand with screen readers is under way, and the Studio checks your colors for contrast. Our accessibility statement says what we do today and how to report a barrier.
Will this pass our security review?
We make it quick. HECVAT answers, an accessibility report and a PCI responsibility summary for your treasury office are available on request, and college plans include help with security questionnaires and purchase paperwork. Staff use campus sign-in, two-step sign-in and passkeys, and card numbers are typed into fields hosted by our payment gateway, so they never touch TicketTuck’s servers. Start with how we handle security and accessibility.
Can you build our pages for us?
Once, at launch. Campus and System start with your first year of events drafted for you from your current events and listings. After that your team builds and copies pages itself, from every template, as many as it needs, at no charge. Department starts with every template and step-by-step guides. For a custom design or anything the templates don’t cover, talk to us.
We already have a card processor. Can we keep it?
Talk to us. It depends on whether your processor connects to our payment gateway, and we’ll check for you.
We’re not a college. Can we use TicketTuck?
TicketTuck is built for colleges and universities, and that’s who our plans are for today. Talk to us about anything else.
Your next event can be on sale today.
